We are a small, gated community of 64 homes, 

where neighbors know one another and take pride in where they live.  

Our small gated community feels quiet and self-contained, like a neighborhood gently set apart from the world outside. We are centrally located with easy access to the I-12, the Causeway, shopping, hospitals, churches, and the small towns of the Northshore. A single gated entrance opens onto our front garden of oak trees and benches, which act as the social heart of our community. You will see well-kept homes, each one similar in scale but slightly different in color or design. Each home has a decorative iron gate to a patio yard, offering privacy without feeling imposing.

Inside the gates, everything is orderly and calm. Lawns are neatly manicured by our HOA, sidewalks are clean, and trees are planted at regular intervals to provide shade at our entrance. You might hear the soft hum of sprinklers in the morning or see neighbors walking dogs throughout the day, exchanging familiar nods and brief conversations. Overall, the atmosphere is intimate and secure, designed for residents who value quiet, familiarity, and a sense of belonging within a clearly defined, protected space.
